The developer’s July 21 Steam announcement names 11:00 AM EDT as the intended launch time, equivalent to 15:00 UTC. Steam still showed the game as unavailable during this page’s 20:50 China Standard Time check, so the storefront’s live purchase state remains the final confirmation.
The developer website and Steam listing are the primary references for the PC release. The Xbox store lists Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and handheld compatibility through the Xbox ecosystem, plus Xbox Play Anywhere.
Launch discount and bundles
The developer announced a $9.99 USD base price, a launch discount, and regional pricing. The same announcement says owners of YAPYAP, Phasmophobia, or Escape the Backrooms may see additional bundle pricing on Steam.
These are pricing announcements, not a substitute for the live cart. Discount percentage, bundle eligibility, tax, currency conversion, and regional availability must be taken from the storefront shown to the buyer after unlock.
Steam and Xbox are separate storefronts
Buying on Steam does not imply ownership in the Xbox ecosystem. Xbox Play Anywhere applies to the Xbox store version and its supported Xbox/PC devices. Consult the store page attached to the copy you intend to buy.
Online console multiplayer can also require an eligible Xbox subscription. The Xbox product page should be treated as the final source for the requirements shown in your region.
