Story Mode structure

The full game advertises a Story Mode with 13 randomized shifts and, in the developer’s release-date announcement, “a handful of endings.” Randomization matters: a Night number can establish progression and available systems without guaranteeing the exact same customer order, store pressure, or threat sequence in every run.

This Field Manual separates two kinds of guidance:

  • Stable structure: objectives, unlocked systems, quota logic, and consistent interactions.
  • Variable encounters: customer order, timing, and events that can change between runs.

Field Note: A route observed once is a field report, not a universal walkthrough. Night pages will be added only when their stable structure is clear.

How to record a Night

After surviving, note information in this order:

  1. Starting objective and any quota shown by the game.
  2. Newly introduced task or station interaction.
  3. What changed from the previous Night.
  4. The decision that triggered a failure or escalation.
  5. What persisted after returning to the menu.

This makes reports comparable without claiming that random events always occur in the same order.

Current publication status

Record group Status on this wiki Publication rule
Story overview Live Confirmed by official store/developer material
Night 1–13 individual pages In field review Publish after full-game replay and structure check
Ending routes Held Their existence is announced; publish triggers only after reproduction
Endless Mode Beta Tracked separately Verify the Story-completion unlock in the live build

Empty Night pages are intentionally not generated. That keeps search results free of thin placeholders and prevents demo-specific sequences from being presented as full-game facts.

While the detailed ledger is being verified, use the beginner guide for a strategy that works across randomized shifts.

Completing Story Mode is also the developer-stated unlock condition for Endless Mode Beta. Developer launch announcements describe the Beta as infinite Nights, while Steam separately advertises a larger free Q4 2026 update.
